1. Welcome to Writerflow
Welcome! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Writerflow application ("App"). They represent a binding legal agreement between you and Writerflow. By using our App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these rules. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Your Account
To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Writerflow cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account information.
3. Appropriate Use of Our Services
You agree to use Writerflow in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose, to violate the rights of others, or to disrupt the service for other users.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
a. Subscription Plans: Writerflow provides various subscription plans with different features and pricing, as detailed within the App. When you sign up for a plan, you agree to pay the associated recurring fees, which will be billed on a monthly or annual basis.
b. Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can disable automatic renewal at any time in your account settings.
c. Payment Processing: We use a third-party payment processor for all subscription payments. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. If your payment fails, your access to premium features may be suspended or terminated.
d. Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund by contacting our support team. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are generally granted if made within 14 days of the payment. After this period, refunds are not typically provided.
e. Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. If we do, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the App after the new price takes effect signifies your agreement to the change.
f. Cancellation: You are free to cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access to the paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that we do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made before the end of a billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights to the content and materials provided by Writerflow, including the App's design, software, and branding. However, you retain full ownership of the content you create, write, or generate using the App, including any AI-assisted creations. We claim no intellectual property rights over your work.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
The Writerflow App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Writerflow, its employees, and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes that arise from your use of the App in violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Germany.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. By continuing to use Writerflow after the changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
11. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Writerflow.
12. Third-Party Services
Our App may include links to external websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
