Connecting Your Own AI Models

WriterFlow gives you the freedom to use your own AI models by connecting your personal OpenRouter account. We use OAuth for this process, which means your account information is securely handled by OpenRouter, and we never have access to your sensitive data.

Here’s how to connect your account:

1. Dashboard: From your Dashboard, click on your Avatar in the top-right corner.

2. API Key: In the dropdown menu, select API Key.

3. Configuration: This will open the OpenRouter API Configuration window. Click the Connect With OpenRouter button.

4. Authorization: You'll be redirected to the OpenRouter website to log in and authorize the connection. Once done, you’ll be brought back to WriterFlow.

5. Done! Once connected, you’ll be able to use your own models within the app.
